F.A.Q.

Are the Isuzu parts new and genuine?

Yes. We sell only new genuine Isuzu OEM parts. Each part page shows its OEM number and the original catalogue description. OEM identifies a manufacturer’s part; it does not mean that it fits every Isuzu. Check the number, description and required quantity separately. A photograph or a similar name is not sufficient evidence for ordering.

What is an Isuzu OEM part number and where do I find it?

It is the manufacturer’s number for the part. It is usually printed on the old part’s label or listed in the Isuzu parts catalogue. Always search with the complete number. Every letter, digit and suffix matters. A single different character may identify a different catalog entry. If you copied the number from an old part, check it against the manufacturer’s catalog rather than choosing the closest search result.

Where can I buy genuine Isuzu parts online?

Right here. The catalogue holds 35,260 Isuzu OEM numbers. Enter yours in the search at the top of the home page to see the price including VAT and add the part to your cart. Submit your query with the search button. Results appear below the search so you can compare codes and prices without leaving the page. Where an add-to-cart button is available, add the part directly; open its page when you need more detail.

Do you have parts for my Isuzu D-Max?

The catalogue is organised by OEM number, not by model. Some descriptions mention the D-Max, but that does not confirm fitment for a particular vehicle. Search with your part’s number. Vehicles of the same model can have different specifications. A catalog category helps you browse but does not verify fitment for your car. If you do not have a confirmed number, email us with the vehicle details before paying.

Are Isuzu parts hard to find?

Start with the OEM number: if it is among the 35,260 catalogue entries, you see the price straight away. If it is not listed, email us and we will help clarify the request.

How much do Isuzu parts cost?

It depends on the specific OEM number. Every part’s price in euros including VAT is shown in the search result and on its part page. A unit price is not the complete order charge: quantity, the current offer and delivery affect the total. The cart collects your selections; review the order summary before making payment.

Which price applies to my order?

PARTSinn calculates your order using the offers selected at that time. Review the part prices, delivery and total before you pay. A catalog price may differ from the current offer. Adding a part to your cart does not fix stock or create an order. If a current price cannot be checked, do not treat the catalog as confirmation of the final charge.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Catalogue prices are in euros and include 21% Lithuanian VAT. You see the final order total at the payment step.

Can I order for a company?

Yes, you can enter company details in the order form. Add and check them before you pay.

Does a VAT number automatically remove VAT?

No. Entering company or VAT details does not by itself guarantee a VAT exemption. Follow the tax calculation in your order summary and email us before paying if unsure.

Can I order Isuzu OEM?

Available to order

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated for your order, country and chosen method. You see the charge in the order summary before you pay.

When will my part arrive?

Delivery in 7–15 working days

Is there an Isuzu parts shop near me?

PARTSinn is an online store based in Kaunas, Lithuania, and ships parts within Lithuania, across Europe and beyond. You see the delivery charge for your country when you order.

Do you sell Isuzu engine parts and oil filters?

Yes. The Engine category lists 1,071 OEM numbers and the Filters category 290. You can also search oil filters by their catalogue description, for example “OIL FILTER”. Choose the exact part by its OEM number.

Is there an Isuzu parts catalogue?

Our catalogue lists OEM numbers, descriptions and prices by system category. We do not publish exploded diagrams; use the manufacturer’s parts catalogue to identify the number.

Do you sell Isuzu accessories, such as D-Max floor mats?

Yes. The Equipment & accessories category lists 17,742 catalogue entries, including hardtops, tow bars, roof bars and rubber floor mats. Check each item’s suitability by its number.

Do you sell Isuzu truck parts?

Some catalogue descriptions carry Isuzu N-series designations such as NLR, NMR or NNR. Fitment is defined by the OEM number, so search with your part’s number.

How do I return a part or report a problem?

Read the returns and purchase terms. Email info@partsinn.lt with your order number, the OEM number and a description of the issue; add photos if the part is damaged. Keep the packaging and obtain agreed instructions before sending a part back. Explain whether you received a different OEM number, damage, or wish to cancel a purchase. The returns and purchase terms set out the applicable conditions and exceptions.

I can’t find my OEM number or have a payment question. Who can help?

Email info@partsinn.lt with the OEM number, vehicle details or order number you have. If a payment status is unclear, check it first so you do not place a duplicate order.

Can I add a part to my cart directly from search?

Yes, where the result has a priced offer and an add-to-cart button. You can select the part without opening its page. Check the complete OEM number first. Adding it to the cart is not confirmation of fitment, physical stock or an order; the current offer is checked before payment.

What if search returns several similar part numbers?

Compare the complete OEM number, not just its prefix or price. A shorter query can return several codes, so refine it with the full number and search again. Do not buy a cheaper, similarly named part as a replacement unless you have confirmed that it is suitable for your vehicle.

Can I search without an OEM number?

You can search catalog descriptions and browse categories. Technical names retain the original catalog language, so a translated synonym may not return a match. If you cannot find a part, email info@partsinn.lt with its description, vehicle details and VIN if needed. A model name alone is not an automatic part-selection guarantee.

Why are other parts shown next to a selected part?

Related parts help you continue browsing the catalog. They do not establish fitment for the same vehicle, indicate a complete kit or prove interchangeability with your selected part. Verify each OEM number separately and order extra items only when you know they are required for your repair.

What should I check before paying for my cart?

Review OEM numbers, each quantity, current prices, delivery method, address and total. For a business purchase, check the company details too. Read the purchase and returns terms. If the payment step cannot retrieve a current offer or total, do not consider the order confirmed.

Is an item reserved once it is in my cart?

No. Your cart is a list of selected parts, not a confirmed reservation. It helps you prepare an order and choose quantities. The current offer and order total are checked separately before payment; a catalog entry or cart total alone does not guarantee availability.

Where can I see my order status and tracking?

Sign in and open My Orders, then select the relevant order. Shipment tracking is displayed when supplied by the order system; not every order has tracking immediately. If details are missing or the status is unclear, email info@partsinn.lt with your order number.

Payment failed or I returned without confirmation. What now?

Check the order and payment status first. Returning from a payment page alone does not prove that payment succeeded. If your bank shows a debit but there is no clear order confirmation, do not rush to place another order. Email info@partsinn.lt with your order number and the issue, without sending card details.

What information helps clarify compatibility?

Provide the complete OEM number, vehicle model, year and known specification. When vehicle-specific identification is needed, include the VIN in your email. A photograph can help explain your request, but appearance alone cannot prove fitment or interchangeability with another part number.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect part?

Photograph the packaging, part, label and OEM number. Keep the packaging and order details, and email info@partsinn.lt with your order number and the discrepancy. Do not start installing a part if its suitability or condition is in doubt; agree the next steps and any return under the applicable terms.
